Refund policy

  • We offer 7 days return or exchange policy after the package received. Please to csmaisonkolori@gmail.com receive your return & exchange code confirmation before processing any return or exchange.
  • Items must be in the same condition they were purchased in; labels are still attached and be in perfect condition (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed).
  • Sale & other special deals items are not exchangeable or returnable.
  • Purchases made with gift-cards are not exchangeable or returnable.
  • Video proof (unboxing video) must be provided for complaints of defective items.
  • All return or exchange shipping fees will be borne by customers, including the shipping fee to send exchanged items back to customers.
  • Valid tracking information and receipts must be provided for a return or exchange to be accepted.
  • Returns and exchanges can only occur once.
  • We do not issue cash refunds. Refunds can only be issued in a form of gift card.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange even conditions above are met to prevent any abuse of our returns system.
