We offer 3 days return or exchange policy after the package received.

Please chat us in the website chatbox with your oder number.

  • Items must be in the same condition they were purchased in; labels are still attached and be in perfect condition (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed).
  • Sale & other special deals items are not exchangeable or returnable.
  • Video proof (unboxing) must be provided for complaints.
  • All return or exchange shipping fees will be borne by customers, including the shipping fee to send exchanged items back to customers.
  • Returns and exchanges can only occur once.
  • We do not issue cash refunds, all refunds will be proceed as a store credit.
